EQUIPMENT for suggestions on how to provide a platform for outriggers on Hi-Rail CSX crane and
boom trucks. The result was Turtle's first 'Outrigger Stabilization Kit' (the original A-Kit). In July 2009, the A-Kit was doubled
and a new 'B Kit' was proposed for CSX crane or
boom trucks equipped with four (4) outriggers. Today, all new CSX
